- The subject of the performance is ensuring the management of waste with a regular occurrence of category O and its removal/utilization from the premises of the Client, i.e. the premises of the Institute of Clinical and Experimental Medicine located at the address Videňska 1958/9, 140 21 Prague 4 - Krč (IKEM building), Videňska 1116, Prague 4 (order nokt hostel) and Videňska 800, Prague 4 (Pavilon V), which includes the activities specified in detail in the price calculation for calculating the offer price. The requirements for the performance of the Order are, in addition to this ZD, also defined in the draft contract and their annexes. Estimated value: in the amount of CZK 5,250,000 without DPH (for a period of twenty-four /24/ months) ; the expected value of the reserved change of obligation according to §100(3) of the Act amounts to CZK 1,575,000 without VAT. The inspection of the place of fulfillment will take place on 29 June 2023 from 10:00 a.m.
