• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of contracts for individual parts of the public contract, which will ensure a comprehensive system of waste management in the territory of the city of Hulín and its local parts of Záhlinice and Chrášťany, including ensuring the collection of waste from the collection yard located at ul. Kostelní 988, Hulín and for KOMBYT SERVIS s.r.o., a city organization providing technical services for the city of Hulín and its surroundings. The subject of performance will be provided in accordance with the valid legal regulations of the Czech Republic and generally binding decrees of the contracting authority. The purpose of the public contract is for the selected supplier to ensure for the contracting authority the fulfillment of the contracting authority's obligations arising from Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on waste and on the amendment of certain other laws, as amended, and according to the relevant implementing regulations regulations, in particular Decree No. 273/2021 Coll., on the details of waste management, as well as the goals and obligations arising from the current Waste Management Plan of the Zlín Region and the generally binding decree of the contracting authority on establishing a municipal waste management system economy. The supplier will be obliged under the conditions specified in this procurement documentation, including the contract for the provision of services, to perform professional services for the contracting authority and all actions, works and activities related to the performance of the service or specified in the relevant contract about the provision of services.
