Description: The subject of the order is to provide services of organizational, administration, legal and professional arrangements for a proposal that will take place in the form of an open two-phase competition for a proposal entitled "Architectural Competition for the Transformation Center of the Ústí Region." The Competition for the proposal will be entered in accordance with Act No.134 / 2016 Coll., On public procurement in terms of later regulations (hereinafter referred to as "noises"), in conjunction with the competition rules of the Czech Chamber of Architects (hereinafter referred to as the "Competition Order"); and in accordance with Act No. 360/1992 Coll., On the performance of the profession of authorized architects and the performance of the occupation of authorized engineers and technicians in construction, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "the law on the profession"), taking into account the provisions of Section 1772 Up to 1779 Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, as amended.
