Description:
The subject of this public contract is to provide public services in the transport of passengers in order to ensure the transport services of the Usti nad Labem Region by public railway passenger transport in accordance with Section 2 of the ZOV (Public Services Act and on Amendments to other Acts No. 194/2010 Coll. wording), in the period from the nationwide change of timetables in December 2027 to the day of the previous date of the nationwide change of timetables in December 2032 on the part of the Usti Region for the operation of trains on the DUK Line T8 Most Moldava in the Ore Mountains. Lines on Saturdays, Sundays and the Czech Republic recognized holidays. Holidays in primary, secondary, primary art schools and conservatory according to the relevant Decree of the Ministry of Education, Youth and physical education valid for the period of the relevant school year.
