- The subject of this public contract is the provision of public services in the transport of passengers by public scheduled passenger transport in order to ensure the transport service of the Moravian-Silesian Region, namely in the area of Haviřovsko III for a period of ten transport years, within the scope and under the conditions further specified in the contractdocumentation. Traffic service in this area will be provided exclusively by means of Hydrogen buses as defined in Annex No. 1 of the Agreement (with the exception of Operational Reserve Vehicles, for which the use of CNG is permitted). Hydrogen buses, also referred to as FCEB (Fuel Cell Electric Bus), are vehicles withwith an electric motor, equipped with storage hydrogen located in a tank, which is used to obtain electrical energy through a chemical reaction with oxygen through a so-called fuel cell.
