• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the provision of transport services in public line transport with the aim of ensuring traffic service in the Jabloneck area, specifically in the territorial districts of member municipalities of the Transport Association of Jabloneck municipalities - Bedřichov, Jablonec nad Nisou, Janov nad Nisou, Lučany nad Nisou, Nová Ves nad Nisou, Pulečný, Rychnov u Jablonec nad Nisou, as well as in the city of Smržovka, in the anticipated period from 1/2/2028 to 31/1/2033 with an anticipated range of traffic capacity of 671,795.51 line km in the calendar per year according to the timetables, i.e. the expected range of transport performance is 3,358,977.55 line km for the entire period of providing transport services. Line km is considered to be the traffic performance according to the timetable, including the minimum route required to turn the bus in turning point/final stop. Overhead kilometers are not covered by the client and the supplier must factor them into the bid price. Operation on city bus transport (public transport) lines will be ensured in accordance with relevant legal regulations, in particular Act No. 111/1994 Coll., in valid wording and decrees No. 296/2010 Coll., No. 297/2010 Coll. and Government Regulation No. 295/2010 Coll. The contracting authority informs that, as a member of the Transport Association of Jablonecka Municipalities, it has a separate contract with the Transport Association of Jablonecka Municipalities on sharing the load on provision of DSOJ transport services, which, however, will have no effect on the preparation of the offer according to this tender documentation.
