• Description:
• The subject of this bidding process will be the provision of public transport services in the transport of passengers by public rail passenger transport within the operating group "Ještědská železnice II" in part of the territory of the Liberec region in the sense of § 3, paragraph 2 of the ZVS and in to the extent set by the contract. Traffic service will be provided on sections of the tracks in the territory of the Liberec Region and, with the consent of the Ústí Region, the Hradec Králové Region, the Central Bohemian Region and the Pardubice Region, also in the territory of these regions (possibly with other overlaps to other regions or states). The focus of performance will be on lines L2 and L3, while these performances may be supplemented by other performances in the territory specified above. On the line L2 Liberec - Děčín, approx. the current range of performance will be ordered with the possible by increasing the frequency of connections, extending or supplementing services (possibly also on connecting lines), including inserted, booster and tourist connections. The contract(s) will be concluded for a period of 13 to 15 years, if the contract were concluded simultaneously for the L2 line and L3 (taking into account the year of operation of the L3 line), in other cases it would be closed for a period of 15 years. The start of operation is expected in December 2031. On the L3 line Liberec - Hradec Králové, a range of performance can be ordered compared to the current state increased by approx. 50% (increase in the frequency of connections, extension or addition of performance, possibly also on connecting lines, including inserted, booster and tourist connections, including a possible connection to Mladá Boleslav and/or...
