Description: The subject of the performance of public procurement entered in the DNS will provide the technical supervision of construction (hereinafter referred to as "TDS") in the implementation of construction work and in the extent and in accordance with the tender conditions of individual calls for tenders in DNS pursuant to Section 141 of the Act. The contracting entity assumes that it will enter public contracts in the DNS according to current operational needs, ie in advanced and irregular intervals.
