Description:
(1) The subject of the public contract is the extension of the Support/subscription of the backup SW. List
of the items that are the subject of this RFP is in Appendix No. 1 Tender documentation - Technical specification and cover sheet. Individual items are defined by the description of the item, possibly also by the item code, at the end of the request support and quantity for each item separately.
(2) The subject of the public contract is defined in more detail in Appendix No. 1 of this ZD - Technical specification and Cover sheet and in Appendix No. 2 of this ZD - Binding sample contract (hereinafter referred to as "Binding sample contract").
