Description:
The subject of the public contract is to provide support services including guaranteed service availability and development of the system (hereinafter referred to as "IS EPD"), which was created as a tool for professional administration of documents of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, as wellIS EPD version and EPD cyber security. This system includes records of documents received or created by the Office, monitoring of the movement of documents and files, monitoring deadlines for tasks from these documents, including their fulfillment, handling documents and records of documents sent fromOffice, closing and storing documents and files and implementation of the shredding procedure. IS EPD will be operated in two separate instances for the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports and the National Accreditation Office with regard to different volumes of documents and organizational needs of both institutions.Support including guaranteed service availability and development of IS EPD
