Description:
The subject of the fulfillment of this public contract is the provision of support for information systems, server, application, virtualization, security and network infrastructure, including operational monitoring of the Prague 4 Municipal Office according to the specification below and cooperation with the contracting authority, including its contractual and non-contractual partners. Specifically, these are: - support of the information systems of ÚMČ Prague 4 according to the specification below and in cooperation with the contracting authority, including its contractual and non-contractual partners. - server, application and virtualization support infrastructure of ÚMČ Prague 4 according to the specification below and cooperation with the contracting authority, including its contractual and non-contractual partners. - support of the security and network infrastructure of ÚMČ Prague 4 according to the specification below and cooperation with the client, including him contractual and non-contractual partners. - management of the operational monitoring of the infrastructure of the Prague 4 Municipal Office according to the specification below, incl. cooperation with the contracting authority, its contractual and non-contractual partners. This cooperation will take place according to the SLA rules - i.e. the rules the beginnings and ends of the implementation of requirements, including the supervision of the relevant parts of ICT and security infrastructure. A detailed specification of the subject of the public procurement is given in Annexes No. 1 and 1a, which are an integral part of the procurement documentation. With regard to the nature of the information and its protection in accordance with Act No. 264/2025 Coll., on cyber security, will be provided by the contracting authority in Annexes No. 1 and No. 1a of the procurement documentation based on the supplier's request and against the signature submitted by him...
