Description: The subject of performance of the awarded public contract is the provision of fire protection services ("PO") and safety and health protection at work ("OSH") for premises/workplaces of the contracting authority (these are premises/workplace of the contracting authority in the service department, total 20 establishments/workplaces) to the extent of the contracting authority's obligations in the section PO and OHS resulting from generally binding legal regulations (except for things in the responsibility of the personnel department, carrying out the equipment and factual resources and the performance of the OSH coordinator at the construction site). Part of the performance also includes the input revision and update of the existing documentation of the PO and OHS of the contracting authority, including its completion according to the extent resulting from generally binding legal regulations. The detailed definition of the subject of the public contract, including the technical conditions in the details necessary for the processing of the offer, is given in the tender documentation (“ZD”) and its annexes.
