Description: The subject of the public contract is to ensure standardized service and technical support services (hereinafter referred to as "the HP Blade System HP Blade System and Dell Compellent SC 9000 (" Device "). The list of equipment that is the service is listed in Appendix 3 ZD - a list of serviced equipment.
The following activities will be provided within the service: Home - service interventions at the point of performance, based on the reporting authority, which will result in fully functional equipment,
- Installing current firmware versions to individual specific devices in accordance with the requirements of the contracting entity,
- ensuring access to knowledge base, support manufacturer, stabling content (eg new drivers, firmware, documentation, etc.).
