- Ensuring service and technical support hardware server virtualization farms in DC2
Description of the order: before the fulfillment of the public custody is provided by standardized services of service and technical support (only "service") server devices HP poliant, HP system and discovery fields (soon " In the virtualization of data storage, internal and infrastructure systems intended for the employees of the Czech Republic. The list of individual devices including lengths of the required service for concrete equipment is given in the pill of 2 ZD - a list of serviced equipment. In the service of the service will be ensured in particular by the following activities - service interference in the place of full, on the basis of the reporting authority, the result of which will be fully functional equipment, - ensuring the approach to the knowledge basis, support of the manufacturer, three contents (eg new controls, firmware, documentation, etc. .). The service will be provided in accordance with the conditions specified in the contracts for ensuring service and technical support for hardware server virtualization farms in DC2, which is formed by the front c. 1 Zd.
