- The subject of the public contract is the provision of:
1) service services for the purpose of ensuring the operability of the client's existing and possibly future printing and multifunctional devices, namely their regular control, maintenance and comprehensive inspections;
2) complete service and repairs (removal of defects,adjustment and commissioning of equipment, supply and exchange of original spare parts or electronics);
3) work of a service technician including transport costs;
4) supply of consumables (toners, photo cylinders, waste containers, fixing and transfer units, staples for the finisher for machines with stapling finisheretc.), all including transport costs; regular readings of the state of the counters of individual devices in the first week of each calendar month with subsequent monthly billing of the copies/prints made, as well as
6) take-back of used consumables and defective spare parts and their ecological disposalce.
Part of the subject of performance is also the rental of equipment, up to 300 units.
Detailed definition of the subject of the public contract, including the technical conditions in the details necessary for the processing of the offer, is given in the tender documentation appendices. The scope of the required services is defined in particular into the binding model of the contract, which forms Annex A of the procurement documentation.
