Description:
The subject of the public contract is to ensure services in the administration of the Lošbates Bug School, it is primarily:  Facility Management - Provision of Object Operation, Operating Agenda, providing regular inspections, revisions and other activities related to the operation of the building according to Annex1, 2, 2a, 3 contracts taking into account the scope of the equipment and their parts according to Annex 4 of the Contract;  participation in the takeover, comprehensive tests, trial operation, training of operator and commissioning of the building;  Operation, service activities, common and preventive maintenance of technical equipment inObject;  Energy management and administration related to the supply of electricity and water;  common maintenance and small repairs of building parts of the building;  Outdoor care;  activities related to fire protection;  Complaints of defects of the work, put into operation during the duration of the contract. The list of suppliers of the construction is attached to Annex 9 of this tender documentation.
