Description:
The subject of performance is the provision of regular service work, i.e. periodic service inspections and revisions (flat-rate activity) and the provision of other services (on order) with the aim of maintaining in good technical and operable condition, in accordance with applicable legislation, the client's technology, which isthey exist in the contracting authority's buildings, which the contracting authority is responsible for managing. The commitment of the selected supplier also applies to newly acquired technologies that the contracting authority will purchase during the duration of the contract.
As part of the work, the supplier will carry out periodic service inspections and revisions (professional tests) of air-conditioningh and air-conditioning equipment, as part of each individual service inspection, the supplier will change the filters and, for used filters, ensure their ecological disposal (the replacement of filters and their ecological disposal must be included in the price of the periodic service inspection), according to the frequencies specified in the appendixNo. 2 of the contract. During these periodic service inspections and revisions, the supplier will remove minor defects found during the inspections. Minor defects are understood as adjusting and checking the functionality of the device (including differential manostats), tightening, lubrication, replacement of connecting material, etc.
