Description: The subject of the public contract is to ensure racing meals, ie services involving cooking, delivery and food dispensing according to the following conditions.
CIRCA 190 employees contracting authority takes food in various operations in the city of Brno. The purpose of this tender procedure is to ensure the client's efforts to secure the staff of racing meals throughout the working week, according to individual operations in the form of delivery and dispensing of a warm meal, or delivery of a cooled diet with extended durability intended for direct heating.
Dispensed equipment is shown in the "Dining room equipment" table, which is part of the tender documentation. Cutlery, crockery, glasses, trays, solnias, cook serving utensils (ladle, tedders ...) and small appliances are part of the equipment of the canteens and will be available to suppliers.
Vessels for the transport of warm diet and cooled food packaging is provided by the supplier.
