Description:
The subject of public contracts/public procurement is the performance of public services in the transport of passengers to ensure transport services of the Pilsen Region (or operational land -use overlap to neighboring regions and states) by public line transport in accordance with Section 2 of the ZVS, in the period from June 2030. They will be closed for at least 10 years, the Client permits and reserves the possibility of moving the date of the beginning of the performance in relation to the relevant point of the form (5.1.3 "The estimated date of start and duration of the contract"). The Client assumes conclusion of more public services contracts in passenger transport, For the subject of the contract is to provide public services throughout the Pilsen Region. Performances may also be the subject of the contract in the territory of neighboring regions or states.
