Description:
The subject of the public contract is to ensure the provision of residential services social rehabilitation by an external social service provider in the premises of the Center of Residential Social Rehabilitation owned by the contracting authority.
The subject of performance will be implemented in accordance with Section 70 of Act No. 108/2006 Coll., On Social Services, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "ZSS"), and Decree No. 505/2006 Coll., Implementing some provisions of the Social Services Act, as amended.
The target group is persons with mental or combined disabilities (physical, mental) who have no experience in life In addition to their own or substitute family, or outside the school or other similar facility for the performance of institutional education, social, medical or other facilities, or their unfavorable social situation is associated with the absence of appropriate housing, and need to gain experience, knowledge and skills needed for V Maximum possible independent life, within the residential form of the service, with an emphasis on housing. The background of the Social Rehabilitation Service has a capacity of 6 beds in 2 households.
The staffing capacity of the service is 6 jobs of direct work workers, namely the professional activity in Social services pursuant to Section 115 (1) of the ZS.
