Description: The subject of the public contract under this procurement procedure is the service services (hereinafter referred to as "Services") for securing 24 - hourly (ie. Continuous) Operational Center Information Terminations (hereinafter referred to as "ISOR") Medical Rescue Service of the Karlovy Vary Region (hereinafter referred to as "ZZS KVK" or "ZZS"). Furthermore, the services will provide technical support within the guaranteed times, while ensuring repairs or replacement of hardware components in case of disorder, accident or loss of functionality is not subject to performance. Before starting service services, the so-called initialization will take place, during which the participant will be acquainted with the status of individual equipment on site and then takes them to its administration. More detailed specifications for the performance of the public procurement is listed in Annex 1 (common requirements, existing status, technical specifications) and in Annex 2 (a binding contract of service contracts).
