- The subject of the public contract is: a) to operate the shelter in accordance with the applicable legal regulations, in particular Act No. 166/1999 Coll., the Veterinary Act, as amended, and with the Shelter's Operating Regulations, b) to carry out professional security of the animals placed in the shelter, including the provision of an appropriate veterinariantreatment and provision of suitable feed, c) propose a conceptual solution to the issue of abandoned, run-away, stray animals and animals taken for abuse, d) ensure professional interventions when taking abused animals in accordance with legal regulations, e) proceed with professional care and fromin accordance with applicable legal regulations through professionally trained workers, f) keep proper written daily records of all housed animals and maintain the shelter's administrative, accounting and financial agenda, consumption of feed and veterinary drugs in a proper manner
