Description:
The subject of the Concession is the provision of services consisting in the operation of a public e-bike sharing system in the Statutory City of Kladno, or other municipalities under the conditions stipulated in the contract on the operation of the shared e-bike system.
The number of e-bikes to be shared via the shared syssubject available, there are at least 160 pieces, and these must correspond to the technical specification listed below. At the same time, it is not decisive if the e-bikes will be new or used.
Part of the services provided is the provision of charging stands at at least 10 permanent locations intended for borrowing and returningi e-bikes with a capacity of at least 10 e-bikes at each station.
Part of the services provided by the concessionaire is also the operation of an application supporting the operation of the e-bike sharing/rental system.
The owner of the shared e-bikes is the concessionaire. The obligation of the concessionaire when providing services is Mrwithdraw in accordance with the Agreement, which forms Annex No. 2 of the procurement documentation. The concessionaire will operate the shared e-bike system in its own name, on its own account and at its own business risk and responsibility, for which it will be entitled to a fee for providing this service from each end user (any person who borrows an e-bike). In addition, the concessionaire will be entitled to an additional fee from the contracting authority, in the amount and under the conditions set by the procurement documentation, the offer of the selected supplier (concessionaire) and the Contract.
