- (nature and amount of work, supplies or services or the relevant needs and requirements) The subject of the public contract is to ensure the provision of the service manager for the “Vltava Philharmonic” project, which consists mainly of providing services focused on construction program, operation and preparation of events. Operation manager services consist mainly in the following activities (i) establishing the experience with the preparation of the project in the previous stages; (ii) project management and control to comply with the project in the field of the building program; (iii) project management and project control so that all operating links defined by the construction program, main and other users, tenants and visitors are functional, non -conflicting and contribute to economic sustainability; (iv) project management and control in the field of equipment of individual premises with theater technologies and audio_visual technology; (v) Project management and project control in the area of equipment with the necessary furniture and fundus; (vi) communication with the main and other users in the construction program, the use and equipment of the premises; (VII) Preparation of the operating model; (VIII) Preparation of the organizational structure of Provo ...
