Description: The Contracting Authority is an operator of the VN VN on the voltage level 22 kV located in the Prague Castle area and serving to supply the Prague Castle. This device is operated on the basis of agreements between Predistribu A.S. and the contracting authority in and according to the operational regulations of Predistribution A.S. (hereinafter referred to as "Predi"), which holds a license to distribute electricity for the capital of Prague and the city solutions. The main reason for this mode of operation is that the expansion stations that form the operating interface between the power supply and the inner network of Prague Castle, is a functionally permanent part of the power system prior to 22 kV on multiple lines and their operation is only possible in direct coordination with Predri . In connection with the above, the contracting authority will require the selected supplier to be registered in the Predistribution Contractor Register, A.S.
