- The subject of performance is the provision of regular services, consisting in ensuring functionality
and continuous operation of buildings for the irrigation of land within the irrigation system "Kanal Krhovice-Hevlin" in accordance with the operating regulations, construction and technical documentation
and related water law documents, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the law
No. 254/2001 Coll., on water and on the amendment of certain laws (Water Act), as amended, Decree No. 225/2002 Coll., on the detailed definition of constructions for water management improvement of lands and their parts and the manner and scope of their care, in accordance with the relevant part technical standards (especially TNV 75 4933, TNV 75 4934, ČSN EN 50 110-1 ED.3), according to the relevant special legal regulations (e.g. Government Regulation No. 194/2022 Coll.,
on professional competence in electrical engineering, as amended, Decree No. 216/2011 Coll., on the requirements of handling regulations and operating regulations of waterworks) and in accordance with other legal regulations or decisions of administrative authorities relating to the care and operation of these waterworks in state property and the jurisdiction of the State Land Office. The subject of performance is also the provision of services related to the provision of subscription fees places of electricity and with the provision of electricity supplies at a high voltage level for the operation of the main irrigation facilities.
