- The subject of the performance is the provision of regular services, consisting in ensuring the functionality and continuous operation of buildings for the irrigation of land within the irrigation system "Brod-Bulhary-Valtice 8th and 9th building" in accordance with the operating regulations, construction-technical documentation and related water law documents, in accordance with the relevant provisions of Act No. 254/2001 Coll., on Water and on Amendments to Certain Acts (Water Act), as amended, Decree No. 225/2002 Coll., on the detailed definition of constructions for water management improvement of lands and their parts and the manner and scope of their care, in accordance with the relevant parts of technical standards (especially TNV 75 4933, TNV 75 4934, ČSN EN 50 110-1 ED.3), according to relevant special legal regulations (e.g. Government Regulation No. 194/2022 Coll., on professional competence in electrical engineering, as amended, Decree No. 216/2011 Coll., on the requirements of handling regulations and operating regulations of waterworks) and in accordance with other legal regulations or decisions of administrative authorities relating to the care and operation of these waterworks in the property of the state and the jurisdiction of the State Land Office. The subject of performance is also the provision of services related to insurance electricity supply points and ensuring high-voltage electricity supplies for the operation of the main irrigation facilities. The subject of performance is also the provision of selected ad hoc services in the event of equipment failure or other situations that must be dealt with immediately for reasons of security continuous operation of the equipment.
