- The subject of performance is the provision of regular services, consisting in ensuring the functionality and reliable and safe operation of the construction of the Uherčice Regulating Drainage (RD), site No. 1 in accordance with the construction-technical documentation and related water law documents, in accordance with the relevant by the provisions of Act No. 254/2001 Coll., on Water and on Amendments to Certain Acts (Water Act), as amended, Decree No. 225/2002 Coll., on the detailed definition of constructions for water management land improvement and their parts and the manner and scope of their care, in accordance with the relevant part of the technical standards (in particular TNV 75 4933 (maintenance of irrigation facilities), Decree No. 216/2011 Coll., on the requirements of the handling regulations and operating regulations of waterworks and in accordance with other legal regulations or decisions of administrative authorities relating to the care and operation of these waterworks. The subject of performance is ensuring operation of buildings for the irrigation of land on the construction of the HZZ waterworks in the municipality of Uherčice, the village of Uherčice near Hustopeči, district Břeclav, consisting in ensuring the reliable and safe operation of the construction of the waterworks Regulatory Drainage (RD) Uherčice, location No. 1. Irrigation water for the purposes of seasonal irrigation is taken from the river Svratka (administered by Povodi Moravy s.p.) by a collection facility located approx. 100 m below the Uherčicky most.
