- The subject of the performance is the provision of regular services, consisting in ensuring the functionality and continuous operation of structures for the supply of irrigation water to the HZZ and to improve the flows in the Kyjovka "Kanal K6" watercourse in accordance with the construction and technical documentation and related water law documents, in in accordance with the relevant provisions of Act No. 254/2001 Coll., on Water and on Amendments to Certain Acts (Water Act), as amended, Decree No. 225/2002 Coll., on the detailed definition of constructions for water management improvement of lands and their parts and the manner and scope of their care, in accordance with the relevant parts of technical standards (in particular TNV 75 4933 (maintenance of irrigation equipment), Decree No. 216/2011 Coll., on the requirements of handling regulations and operating regulations of waterworks and in accordance with other legal regulations or decisions of administrative authorities relating to the care and operation of these waterworks. Subject fulfillment is ensuring the operation of buildings for the irrigation of land on the construction of the HZZ waterworks in the c.u. Hodonin, Hodonin village, Hodonin district, consisting in ensuring the reliable and safe operation of the main irrigation facilities used to supply irrigation water. The K6 canal is part of the Hodonin irrigation system Lanzhot. Its main purpose is to improve the flow in the Kyjovka watercourse, IDVT 10100029, which is managed by Povodi Morava, s.p., for the purposes of seasonal irrigation.
