- The subject of the performance is the provision of regular services, consisting in ensuring the functionality and continuous operation of structures for the supply of irrigation water to the HZZ and subsequently to the subsequent privatized parts of the irrigation system BΕeclav - LanΕΎhot "K5 Canal" in accordance with the construction and technical documentation and related water law documents, in accordance with the relevant provisions of Act No. 254/2001 Coll., on Water and on the Amendment of Certain Acts (Water Act), as amended, Decree No. 225/2002 Coll., on the detailed definition of constructions for water management improvement of land and its parts and the method and extent of care for them, in accordance with the relevant part of the technical standards (in particular TNV 75 4933 (maintenance of irrigation equipment), Decree No. 216/2011 Coll., on the requirements of handling regulations and operating regulations of water works and in accordance with other legal regulations or decisions of administrative authorities relating to care and operation of these water works. The subject of the performance is ensuring the operation of buildings for the irrigation of land on the construction of the HZZ waterworks in the c.u. BΕeclav, BΕeclav municipality, BΕeclav district, consisting in ensuring the reliable and safe operation of the main irrigation facilities used to supply irrigation water from the Dyje River to object at km 28.549 to the open channel K5 and then to the privatized irrigation pumping station ΔSZ 41 and then through the pipe sections of the K5 channel to the watercourse - PB tributary Okresni svodnice, IDVT 10186680.
