• Description:
• The purpose of this concession is to ensure the operation of 2 children's groups in the premises of the Bulovka University Hospital, in the form of quality and affordable care in accordance with Act No. 247/2014 Coll., on the provision of child care services in children's groups and on the amendment of related laws, the wording of later regulations (the "Children's Group Act"). The subject of the concession is the selection of a child care service operator in 2 children's groups in the sense of the Act on Children's Groups. A child care service in a children's group means a non-profit activity consisting of regular care for the child, which is provided outside the child's home in a group of children and which is aimed at ensuring the child's needs, his upbringing and the development of the child's abilities, cultural, hygienic and social habits. The childcare service will be provided for a maximum of 48 children, whereby the selected supplier will therefore set up 2 children's groups of a maximum of 24 children each, whose operation will be ensured by the corresponding number of persons who will meet the qualification requirements for the entire period of providing childcare services in the children's group prerequisites established by this procurement documentation (including its appendices) and the Act on Children's Groups. Funding of the child care service will be provided using the allowance for the operation of a children's group in the sense of the Act on Children's Groups. Contractor to the provider (as a selected supplier) does not pay any fees associated with the provision of childcare services.
