Description:
The purpose of this concession is to ensure the operation of 2 children's groups on the premises of the Bulovka University Hospital, in the form of quality and affordable care in accordance with Act No. 247/2014 Coll. group").
A child care service in a children's group means a non-profit activity consisting of regular care for a child, which is provided outside the home of the child in a group of children and which is aimed at ensuring the child's needs, his upbringing and the development of the child's abilities, cultural, hygienic and social habits.
The childcare service will be provided for a maximum of 48 children, whereby the selected supplier will therefore establish 2 children's groups of a maximum of 24 children, whose operation will be ensured through an appropriate number of persons who will meet the qualification requirements established by this procurement documentation (including its appendices) and the Act on Children's Groups during the entire period of provision of the child care service in the children's group.
Funding of the child care service will be ensured using the operating allowance children's groups in the sense of the Act on Children's Groups. The contracting authority does not reimburse the provider (as the selected supplier) any payments related to the provision of childcare services.
