Description: The subject of the public contract is to ensure the operation of the central voice communication infrastructure of the MLSA and its organization. The contract with the selected supplier will be closed for an indefinite period.
The aim of the contracting authority is to operate reliable, highly available, secure and sufficiently powerful central voice communication infrastructure of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, which is a necessary basis for ensuring the basic voice traffic of the resort, both internal and all MLSA clients, the Office of the Czech Republic Including call center ÚP ČR and State Office of Labor Inspection Authority. The subject of the public procurement is described in detail in Annex B to the tender dossier.
