Description: The subject of the public contract is to ensure the continuous provision of a detention service in an anti-alcohol and anti-drug detention station (hereinafter referred to as the "anti-alcohol detention station" or "detention station") within the meaning of § 89a et seq. Act No. 373/2011 Coll., on specific health services, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Act on Specific Health Services”), for the entire territory of the Pilsen Region in 2019 and 2020. The interception service means a health service provided to a person ( hereinafter also referred to as the “investigated person” or “patient”) who, under the influence of alcohol or another addictive substance, does not control his or her behavior and thereby directly endangers himself or another person, property or public order.
