Description: The subject of the public contract is to ensure the operation and support of SECURITY INFORMATION AND Event Management (SECURITY) on the contracting entity, which includes, in particular, the following activities: Home - taking over the existing SIEM platform, including the processing plan of the takeover;
- Guardium migration services;
- SIEM operational support services, including security monitoring, according to individual catalog sheets;
- providing related ICT services through the implementation team to the extent of Article 3.4.1 of the Treaty;
- Provision of exit services associated with the final termination of the provision of services consisting in the preparation and handover of the SIEM platform to a new supplier at the end of the contractual relationship,
- acquisition of recovery licenses to the platform for 48 months (1 May 2021 - 30. 6. 2025),
- acquiring hardware guarantees for 48 months (1 May 2021 - 30. 6. 2025).
