Description: The subject of the public contract is the provision of services for the operation and development of the integration platform EPO 2021+. The subject of the public contract is therefore to ensure the operation, resolution of incidents or the implementation of minor changes and modifications to the system based on the requirements of the contracting authority. Ensuring the operation and development of the integration platform EPO 2021+ is intended for 2 years. The services are defined in the relevant catalog sheet either as:
(a) regular services provided since their commencement in the form of service initialisation for the entire remaining term of the contract, or as
b) ad hoc services provided on the basis of a written order from the contracting authority, which include development activities for the needs of the contracting authority.
