Description:
The subject of the performance of the public contract is "Ensuring the operation and development of the central register of water rights records 2023" is mainly the provision of services ensuring the operation and development of the central register of water rights records (hereinafter referred to as CRVE).
The subject of the public contract and all business, payment and technical conditionsitems are defined in the binding text of the draft contract contained in Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation. The detailed specification of the subject of the performance of this public contract is given in the catalog sheets, which are appendices to the binding text of the draft contract "Ensuring the operation and development of the central registry of waterinternal records 2023" at the Ministry of Agriculture, which forms Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation.
Services are defined as:
a) Flat-rate permanent services (regular services provided from their start carried out in the form of initialization of the service for the entire remaining period of validity of the contract, or as
b)Fee-for-performance services provided on the basis of the Client's requirements, ad hoc services provided on the basis of the client's written order, which include development activities for the client's needs.
