Description:
The subject of the public contract is to ensure the renewal of the support of the manufacturer (hereinafter referred to as "M&S") for the F5 VELOS technology. This platform provides protection against advanced threats and at the same time offers a multi-purpose modern scalable platform consisting of HW chassis and computing modules (blades). It is in the MHMP environment solution implemented by a pair of F5 VELOS HW applications, located in a geo-cluster (DC4, DC5). Each chassis is fitted with two BX110 computing modules. Manufacturer support will be provided for 3 years, and is required in the scope of Partner Support Premium for VELOS (24x7), RMA (4hour HW replacement service), incl. related license.
This technological unit for renewal of support according to this VZ includes:
a) M&S for F5 VELOS CX410 Chassis 2 pcs
b) M&S for F5 VELOS BX110 Blade 2 pcs
c) F5 IP Intelligence license for CX410 2 pcs
MHMP today operates 5 important information systems classified according to Act No. 264/2025 Coll., on cyber security as amended. In this context, legal requirements are placed on the operation and security of these systems. The F5 VELOS technology is one of the key elements of the security solution.
HW chassis are used for the location and operation of all F5 modules (DDos, Balancer, WAF and DNS). Security therefore, technology support also extends to the operation of these modules.
