- The subject of the public contract is to conclude a framework agreement without the restoration of the competition between the contracting authority and one supplier, whose offer will be evaluated as the most economically advantageous, on the basis of which sub -contracts for services on the subject of performance defined below will be concluded. Partial contracts can beClosed up to the financial limit of the Framework Agreement, which is CZK 21,000,000 without VAT. The limit also applies to the unit prices listed in the offer of a selected supplier that cannot be exceeded within the performance.
