Description:
The subject of the public contract is the following performance (hereinafter also "services"):
•Partial performance A - assessment of heating systems and air conditioning systems
•Partial performance B - ensuring inspections of heating systems and air conditioning systems.
Services will be provided in accordance with Act no. 406/2000 Coll., on energy management, inthe wording of later regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Energy Management Act") and its implementing decrees valid and effective at the time of service provision.
The services will be provided on buildings owned by the Olomouc Region listed in the procurement documentation.
The specification and scope of the services provided is statedin the contract for the provision of systems inspection services. For more, see the tender documentation.
