Description: The subject of the contract is the provision of inspections of bodies of the deceased in the South Bohemian region outside the medical facility in accordance with § 84 paragraph 2 letter b) of Act No. 372/2011 Coll., on health services and conditions of their provision (the Health Services Act), as amended (hereinafter the “IB Act”) and to the extent and in accordance with the tender conditions.
The subject of performance consists mainly in providing body examinations for all the deceased in the South Bohemian region continuously, ie 7 days a week and 24 hours a day, in operating a telephone number that will be available at the time of arranging body examinations, working closely with the authorities, companies and organizations, to perform the subject of performance of the contract in accordance with the relevant regulations, to observe decent and respectful conduct, etc.
