Description:
The subject of the performance of the public order is the development and delivery of the ITSM platform of the Ministry of Health, including the provision of operation and development services for the following 60 months according to the requirements defined in the catalog sheets.
The implementation, support and development of the ITSM platform is for a period of 5 years, i.e. 60 months from the date of publication of the contractin the contract register.
The development and delivery of the ITSM platform will be divided into the following phases:
- Phase 1 Initiation of the project
- Phase 2 Design of architecture, infrastructure and access
- Phase 3 Creation and partial verification of the solution parameters
- Phase 4 Import of initial data and initial settings
- Phase 5 - Integrace with cross-cutting operational services
- Phase 6 Verification of solution parameters
- Phase 7 Pilot operation.
The provision of services for the operation and development of the ITSM platform will include:
- Services with fixed performance
o SF1 Regular operation services
o SF2 Corrective support services
o SF3 Preventive support services
o SF4 Alreadycustomer support
- Services with performance based on ordered services
o SO1 Development services
o SO2 Professional services
