Description: The subject of the order is to provide heat energy supplies in anticipated volume of 25,000 GJ / year, from the boiler room at the Píseční 761 address, which the winning supplier (tenant) modernizes during the contractual contract. Modernization of the boiler room at Písek is implemented by the Design and Build method. The term modernization of the boiler room is determined until the heating season 2022/2023.
The contracting authority rents the heat supplier under the lease agreement and the operation of the city's thermal economy of Bechyně estate used to operate the city's heat economy.
The Supplier performs the installation of heat source and will also provide operating and maintenance of exchanger and transfer stations at its costs, including thermal energy distribution, in accordance with the rental contract and the operation of the thermal economy of Bechyně. The Contractor will not be entitled to require other payments for the actual amount of heat in connection with the implementation of this public contract.
