Description: The subject of the order is the provision of continuous guard services with a central station in the BUT FEKT T10 (for the T8, T10) and FEECT T12 (for the T12 and VTPPL building) where traffic and security of entrusted objects is also performed. Part of these services are also reception services. Watch services are performed by the physical presence of the required number of guards on the spot and in the case of alarms or reporting of one of the monitored equipment, also at the location of the device. The guard service also fulfills the function of fires. Operation of entrusted objects is centrally monitored and controlled, including setting and parameter correction options at 24-hour receptions, through EBI (Enterprise Building Integrator) by Honeywell S.R.O. In detail the subject of the public contract is defined by technical, commercial and other contractual conditions, which are included in the annexes to the tender documentation.
