Description:
The subject of the partial public contracts is the provision of export and disposal of the contents of cesspools, septic tanks and storage tanks at land-based buildings under the administration of the Ostrava Regional Office, Ostrava-Novojičin Region, in accordance with Act No. 254/2001 Coll., on water and on the amendment of certain laws, in accordance with Act No. 266/1994 Coll., on railways, as amended, and Decree No. 100/1995 Coll. This involves the pumping and removal of waste water from septic tanks and sumps without drains (cesspools) by special sewage trucks, their disposal by the relevant WWTP, including handling and other relevant actions, all in accordance with the relevant legislation in the sector water management. This is a procurement procedure for the conclusion of a framework agreement. A more detailed specification of the subject of performance of sub-contracts is provided in other parts of the procurement documentation.
