- The subject of the performance of the public contract is, in cooperation with the contracting authority, in accordance with the applicable legal regulations and according to the binding documents specified in the procurement documentation, the provision of services consisting in the energy utilization of mixed municipal waste, the originator of which is the city of Běla pod Bezdězem, in the followingwithin the expected scope:

The supplier is obliged to ensure the capacity for energy use for the client, respadu, the originator of which is the client to the extent of min. 90 t per month.
The contractor will ensure the transportation of waste to the supplier's facility for energy utilization of waste. To ensure transport accessibility, the contracting authority stipulates the condition that the supplier's equipment for energy utilization of waste must be located at a distance of nno more than 80 km from the client's headquarters.
