- The subject of the fulfillment of this public order is to ensure the training of top and middle management employees conducted face-to-face, i.e. in direct contact of students with lecturers. During teaching, the Action Learning method will be used (a learning process in which solving real problems of students is used to developdisseminating their knowledge).
Three-level training is required together with deepening the knowledge of already trained employees (see the training plan for ČHMU managers, which is Annex No. 1 of the Draft Agreement):
1.Follow-up work with already trained employees
2.Continuing education of top management
3.Vzdoing middle management
4.General management training program for top management
5.Follow-up training for top management

Ensuring training of ČHMU executives
The subject of the performance of this public contract is the provision of training fromof top and middle management employees conducted face-to-face, i.e. in direct contact of students with lecturers.
