Description: The main purpose of the public contract is timely lunch transport for clients of the contracting authority. The subject of performance of the public contract is further elaborated and consists in ensuring the delivery of food for CSOP Praha 10, including carers, which ensure the handover of lunch to clients. In order to maintain the required diet temperature according to Decree No. 137/2004 Coll., On hygienic requirements for catering services and on the principles of personal and operational hygiene in the activities of epidemiologically serious, it is part of the fulfillment of food delivery in thermoports, productions or other suitable containers intended for Food delivery. Thermoports, breakers and other suitable containers (eg load -bearing baskets) are owned by the contracting authority and will provide them with the supplier free of charge. More information in Zd
