- The subject of the Public Procurement is the selection of a general supplier of a set of information systems for ensuring the digitization of construction management ("DSŘ").records of authorized persons in the construction industry and other supporting records and components (the subject of Public Procurement, hereinafter collectively referred to as "IS DSŘ"), which are to serve to ensure the agenda of the building regulations according to Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act, as amended ( "Construction Act"), in particularon the performance of the powers of construction authorities, the authorities concerned, if they perform actions according to another legal regulation serving as a basis for issuing a decision in proceedings under this Act, of central administrative authorities in the performance of control of the powers of state building administration bodies, builders and other participants in the managementher.
