- The Ministry of Regional Development announces its intention to announce an above-limit public order "Ensuring the digitization of construction management (DSŘ)" in connection with the goal of digitalization of construction management within the framework of the introduction of eGovernment in the Czech Republic in an open procurement procedure for services. The subject of the public contract will be the creation of sa set of information systems for ensuring the digitization of construction management, such as the agenda information system (AIS), records of authorized persons in the construction industry and other supporting records and components that serve to ensure the agenda of the building regulations in accordance with Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act, and itin particular, the exercise of the powers of building authorities, the authorities concerned, if they perform actions according to another legal regulation serving as a basis for issuing a decision in proceedings according to this Act, central administrative authorities in the exercise of control of the powers of state building administration bodies, builders and other participantsřizeni.
